Dr. Maroba Matsapola is a consultant at Modise Inc. His responsibilities include: Corporate Governance; Construction, Real Estate Investment transactions, reviewing costs, processes, and the management of all out-sourced legal matters.
From 1987 - 1996 Dr. Maroba was in private practice at Maroba Matsapola and Associates in Chicago, USA. His responsibilities included formation of companies, franchise, corporate governance, negotiated and drafted contracts for Construction and Real Property investment transactions. He subsequently joined Public Guardian's Office from 1996 - 1998 as Director of Training. He oversaw overall training of new attorneys, supervised attorneys and four court rooms and Litigated complex cases. In 1998 he joined the Office of a Public Defender, being responsible for supervising attorneys and three major court rooms and ensuring development of IT skills for all attorneys.
Dr. Maroba was also an Adjunct Professor at Loyola University School of Law (2002 - 2004).
Education
Dr. Maroba holds a B.A Economics & Public administration from Fisk University. Thereafter he studied MA Public North Dakota University of Grand Forks. He then went to law school at DePaul University College and completed his Doctor of Laws.
